Moore's Vital Care is the home infusion side of Moore's Pharmacy Inc. It services the surrounding communities as well as the Coastal Bend area of South Texas. The staff at Vital Care is aware of the needs of the patient recovering at home and embraces the opportunity to service those in need.

The ever-changing healthcare environment has made home health care a more cost-effective alternative for patients following surgery, hospitalization, outpatient treatment, or recovery from invasive medical procedures. Patients receiving care at home tend to recover at a faster pace, with fewer secondary complications, and in better spirits than those patients recovering in a hospital environment. Home therapy is recognized as a reliable treatment advantage by most 3^rd party payment systems and is highly recommended over the costly alternative of a lengthy hospital stay.

Moore's Pharmacy Vital Care is a group of healthcare professionals composed of pharmacists, nurses, and technicians who specialize in the area of patient management in the home healthcare setting. Each professional receives on going training in his or her specialized area. The staff instructs the patient, family members, and other patient care givers on the individualized drug regimen(s) and medical equipment or device(s) used in the patient's recovery.

In addition, Moore's Vital Care services those patients in need of home nutritional supplements and respiratory therapies. These services are covered for those individuals meeting 3^rd party medical coverage or Medicare requirements upon being authorized by their family physician.
